Hello,
can you share experiences and knowledge on this:

Is the training programs for sport different for light weight category athletes (under 70 kg) than for heavy guys (over 85 kg)? Where has to skinny guys concentrate on to make the best possible results?

Here are some tip's from Finland. Do lot of squats (long sets) and deadlift for strenght. That is usually the main "problem" for "skinny" guys. Learn a good technique where you use mostly your legs. Start doing pretty long sets of jerk and snatch + LC with light KB. So light that you can do some +30 reps with it at the beginning. It is very hard to tell how to train even if you tell that you are a "skinny" guy. There are many strong and not so strong skinny guys. Put some info about your condition and maybe some KB results and that would make "helping" lot easier. :twisted:
