Was wondering what a typical weekly training program for a beginner would look like. Can someone provide an example? Do you separate jerk and snatch from long cycle? Or would you incorporate all three lifts into a weekly program?

Most athletes separates jerk and snatch from long cycle training.. but if you want competing for biathlon and for long cycle, you can combine all types of trainings for one week
